Pepperrose.in follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We offer a “100% Buyer Protection Program” for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products.
If the customer has any size issue with the product or want to return the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at shop@pepperrose.in within 24 Hours from the date of delivery with the issue details and we will revert if the product is eligible for return. If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few pin code. In this case customer is requested to send back with customer name and mobile on it.
Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange or return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Opening Video of the parcel for the first time is mandatory in both the scenarios otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the exchange or return
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please message us on +91 8977222766 or write to us at shop@pepperrose.in to request a cancellation.
WHY ME EXCHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTED?
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. Products which are free size are not allowed for exchange .
- Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in color, finish and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
- 10-12% Colors difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Pepper Rose Collections accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
- Purchase made from SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days and credited in 4 to 5 days . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
