SHIPPING INFORMATION - INDIA

We at Pepper Rose know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible. We are as excited as you to receive your Pepper Rose order! Our courier partner will be able to deliver the shipment to you between MONDAY to SUNDAY from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm.

  • Each garment is draped and fitted differently. The fit depends on the cut, fabric and styling of each garment.
  • The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.
  • Orders are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding Sunday (As courier companies do not operate on Sundays & public holidays.)
  • Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
  • The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
  • As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number.
  • Our courier partners will make contact the shipping number provided on the time of delivery. Failing to receive or attend to the calls will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse.
  • If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments.
  • The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
  • Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Please note, our store is closed on Sunday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
  • How long will it take for the order to reach me? Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 4-7 days for domestic orders and 15 -20 days for international orders to reach you. 
  • What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed? We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please  write to us at shop@pepperrose.in, we will try our best to resolve your issues asap. 
  • My order has been shipped. Can I track it? For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
    You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • If we are unable to fulfil the order in 20 days due to any reasons, it shall be cancelled.

  • We take 2-4 working days to ship international orders from our end.


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) facility to only select locations in India.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:

The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.

CANCELLATION

Orders are not eligible for cancellation.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Pepper Rose and accept Pepper Rose’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

The whole order amount will be refunded to the customer if the order is canceled or lost in transit by us.
